How to apply for MP Board Exam Retotaling / Answer Book application Form 2016 - 10th, 12th

After MP Board has declared the 10^th and 12^th   2016. Now  some  students are  not  satisfied with  score  and  wanted to re-totaled the marks and some  are  interested in  to view  the answer sheet written by him.  So for that here have link where student can apply for these:-
